As the Thriving Leader Series 101 | Spiritual Formation course facilitator, I was struck by the reflections submitted after each session. I was impressed with leaders' willingness to try new ways to connect more closely with God. I also valued that some found new ways to engage, and others renewed their commitment to past disciplines. I think the practical applications and self-evaluations were also influential in helping everyone gauge where they are and determine where they long to be.

I took The Thriving Leader Spiritual Formation, and I appreciated the need to establish SMART goals for lifelong learning that addresses my personal and professional life for the purposes God has called me in retirement. I love working part time as the CCNL Administrator for CLA. and serving in our church's Women's Ministry. God wants us to flourish and thrive throughout our days. Reading, learning, walking for exercise to see God's handiwork in nature is abiding in Him, following Him, and Honoring Him to Thrive here on earth.
