We (Scott Brown and Cyndi Marcy) will serve as your CCNL Community catalysts, and we so look forward to the insightful conversations we will all have in this space. Here are two questions to get our conversation started!

·       What is one of your leadership growth goals in this New Year?

·       What inspired you to pursue your CCNL credential, and what difference has it made for you?

For me (Scott Brown), one core leadership goal for 2025 is derived from Emotionally Healthy Spirituality by Peter Scazzero which we read in a recent Outcomes Academy Online Thriving leader course. My goal is to integrate in some form rhythms of Sabbath into my day/week/month/year as a leader.

I was inspired to pursue my CCNL credential because I really believe in this Alliance program and deeply value the multi-disciplinary training it provides for Christian nonprofit leaders.
