Together with Rev. Peter Corney, he is the author of Hire Right, First Time: A Practical Guide for Staffing Christian Organisations.
He has been a Corporate Psychologist for over forty years. Ken has personally evaluated over 3000 job and promotional candidates.
Working both in the United States and Australia, he has evaluated candidates at all orgaisational levels, ranging from Board Members, CEO, C0O and senior executive roles, specialist, marketing, and sales positions all the way through to entry level roles.
He is the author of two other books on hiring, as well as numerous papers and research studies.
