I served for eleven years with a major national bank and twenty years as a Vice President with Evangelical Christian Credit Union. Now I’m coming alongside future-focused leaders to expedite their growth and sharpen their leadership abilities. Blending my years of experience with their fresh perspectives results in young leaders becoming wise before they grow old.
Good leaders create healthy organizational cultures, which in turn produce good leaders. But neither good leaders nor healthy cultures come without intentional effort. Changing the culture of an organization is hard work, but the payoff in productivity and employee satisfaction (longevity) makes the effort worth it.
